This activity is for people who want to start or improve their skills in this sport. The requirements for the course is just knowing how to swim and wanting to learn. Duration: 3 days with a minimum development 6 hours a day with lunch included at some point of the river.
Goals: Basic rules for handling in the water, maneuver your kayak, paddling techniques, basic knowledge of rescue in case of flip over, Esquimo Roll techniques, use of rescue elements.
- Move equipment (kayaks) to the river is included.

- Personal Gear (kayak, double paddle, spray skirt, life jacket, and helmet).
- Bilingual guide.
Recommendations: Extra clothes, sunscreen, hydration, long sleeve shirt and for women hair collected.
